With the aim of providing clarity as much as possible we inform about all expenses you will do in connection with a purchase of property in Bulgaria.
- The Buyer doesn’t pay any fee on purchase from a developer or a big investor. When we speak about purchase from a private person we have a fee at the rate of 2,7% of the price, in turn the sale price is a real, not an exorbitant one.
- Local tax - 2% of the purchase price
- Registration in the land register - 0,1 % of the purchase price
- Notary fee will be about 0,2 to 0,5% of the purchase price
- Add to this lawyer's fee. We can not, of course, insist that the Buyer uses our lawyers or them we refer to. The prices vary very much and for that reason it is difficult to evaluate the buyers’ expenses for the legal help.
For some developments or new construction we refund your expenses for title registration.
Fee for registration of a company on purchase of a plot: Our lawyers will help the buyer to establish an LTD in Bulgaria. For establishment of a company the buyer pays total amount of 500 EURO, in which are included all state fees, registrations expenses, lawyer's and interpreter’s fees.
In connection with the registration of LTD the buyer shell establish a bank account and put in minimum capital - about 2 500 EURO (5000 leva). The amount can be withdrawn when the company is registered.
